Trip Registration

Online Registration and Deposits

For the 2027 ski trips, all registrations for the trips must be completed online. A deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot; failure to complete this payment may result in the registration being canceled.
On the registration confirmation page, the total cost of the trip will be shown to you. Your required payment will only be the initial deposit amount.

Roommate Registration

Members may register themselves and additional roommates together, subject to trip capacity. Alternately, roommates may register individually and list each other in the registration questionaire.

Please note: 

• Individual registration is highly recommended unless roommates are a couple or family members.
• Registering together does not guarantee accounts can be separated for individual payments later.
  

Payment Responsibility

The "primary registrant" is responsible for all trip payments for everyone on that registration. For roommates who are not a couple or in the same family but registered together, subsequent payments can be made using one of the following options:

• Option #1 - The roommate pays the primary registrant directly (outside of the club website).
• Option #2 - The roommate pays the trip leader by check. The trip leader will then credits the primary registrant's account for that portion.
  

Waitlists

Each trip will open at a specific date and time (shown in the table below). If trip reaches capacity, members join the waitlist. Any openings that occur will be filled exclusively from the waitlist.

Trip Payments:

Subsequent payments can be made online by ACH (preferred) or credit card. Members may also submit checks to the trip leader. Members can see their balance owed by logging into their club account.

Please note the following:

• The payment schedule might include more frequent smaller payments than what has been common in the past.
• Payment reminders will be sent automatically by email.
• Members may "pay ahead" for scheduled payments that are not yet due or pay for multiple trips/events in a single transaction.
• Payment amounts are calculated as a percentage of the total amount cost. If the total changes (e.g. airline fees), subsequent payments will adjust accordingly.
• Members joining a trip after the payment schedule has begun are expected to "catch up" all payments due to date.
  

Additional Important Information

Once registered for a trip event, cancellation can only be done by contacting the trip leader. 
Be sure that you have read and understand the cancellation policy for FDSC ski trips which is listed with the description of the trip.

Each traveler will be required to sign off on the club ski trip Release and Indemification Agreement. The person registering must sign in order to complete the registration. Other adult travelers will sign by logging into their club member profile and clicking on Event History under the Histories box to bring up the signature box. Any travelers under age 18 should have their primary member parent sign for them.
