Trip Night Process
To create a fair opportunity for all active club members to register for our great trips, FDSC holds a Trip Night. At this event club members can meet trip leaders, get information and register for trips. This event is the first time trips are open to registrations. To keep registrations organized, members will be given a number for each trip they are considering joining. Condo or hotel roommates will be given one number. When registration begins, the trip leader will draw a random number and invite members to their table for registration. This process will continue until all spots have been filled. If a trip fills prior to all registrations, a waiting list will be created in order of applications received. Mail-in applications will be accepted after trip night.
