Trip Includes:
- Round-trip Deluxe motorcoach from Reading to Ellicottville, NY
- Four nights lodging in Wingate by Windham Ellicottville with an indoor pool & hot tub. All room have a microwave & fridge. Breakfast included.
- One group Dinner Sunday night
- Wine and cheese party Wednesday evening
- Apres-Ski meal for entire group at HoliMont before departure on Thursday
- Two-day lift tickets at both resorts (additional cost)
There are also miles of snowshoe & cross-country trails available
Price Per Person without lift ticket:
Double $700
Single ADD $260
Note that everyone registers at the Double rate. Adjustments for Single are made by the trip leader after registration is completed.
At registration, the total amount of $700 per person will be listed. You will only need to pay the initial deposit at registration.
GROUP LIFT TICKET:
There is only one lift ticket option for 2 days at each mountain.
The cost is $240
You can add the lift ticket at registration or notify the trip leaders later that you wish to purchase it and it will be added to your registration.
If you want less than the four day option then you must buy your lift ticket at the mountain when you go.
Payment Schedule:
Paid at time of registration $150
July 1, 2026 for 25% of balance
September 1, 2026 for 25% of balance
November 1, 2026 for 25% of balance
December 15, 2026 remaining balance

Cancellation Policy:
---If a trip participant cancels from a trip, it is the participant’s responsibility, not the trip leader’s, to find a replacement. The participant MUST contact the trip leader to give notification of their desire to cancel and get the names of those on the waiting list, who should be contacted in order to find a replacement.
---If no replacement is found, a cancellation fee of $50 plus all non-refundable costs will be deducted from the deposit before any refund is made. Non-refundable fees include the per person cost budgeted for all group costs on the trip (bus, après ski parties, etc.), as well as any per person charges that are not refunded by the vendors involved (lodging, airfare, etc.). If a replacement is found, any administrative charges (name changes on tickets, etc.) will be charged to the person who cancelled. The $50 cancellation fee may be waived if cancellation is due to a medical or family emergency, but all non-refundable costs will still be forfeited.
---Refunds will be issued after the trip has taken place and the trip leader’s reconciliation has been completed.
---The FDSC shall not be responsible for trip cancellations or delays due to events or conditions not within actual control of the FDSC. In such an event, the Trip Director and trip leader will make every effort to recover any costs. To the extent that such costs are able to be recovered, appropriate refunds may be made to the trip participants at the discretion of the Trip Director and the Board of Directors. Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance is recommended for protection against such events.
