Because you have chosen not to renew your membership in Flying Dutchmen Ski Club, the club is curious as to the main reason for your decision not to renew. Please answer honestly as this will help the club improve and be more responsive to members in the future.

Even though you are not renewing your membership at this time, do you want to remain on the club membership rolls as an "inactive" member? You might still get notices to renew in future years and you will still get Ski Trails each month.

Yes, keep me inactive because I might rejoin in a future year.Convert me to a non-member so I still get Ski Trails by email.Drop me from the membership list as a "resigned" member.
